Happy Feet

I'd hate to sound like some product endorser, but I just couldn't help it. I've never been this satisfied after purchasing footwear. :)

I used to think that no one looks at shoes that people are wearing. I don't notice what shoes people are wearing, unless those shoes are shoved directly at my face, or when I have to bend down and pick up something... and I thought most people are also like that. That's the reason why my shoes are usually old, dilapidated, and downright dirty. I thought shoes were the last part of one's wardrobe that people look at.
So when I recently bought a pair of Sanuk sidewalk surfers, I was really surprised when almost every person I bumped into noticed the footwear that I was wearing--- and when I say notice, that's notice in a good way, and not a bad way! I didn't buy a pair just to look cool and fashionable--- I bought a pair because they were really comfortable. In fact, I could wear them for several days and my feet wouldn't hurt. And the best part? They're not really shoes, they're sandals in disguise! People don't usually notice that they're sandals, so I can actually wear them to work! hehe. All those people I ran into gave compliments, asking where they could buy a pair, saying how attractive the sandals shoes look, asking how much they cost etc. I didn't buy those sandals just so I can receive compliments, but I have to admit, it feels great knowing that you can actually wear something that looks good without sacrificing comfort. *cough* *cough* crocs *cough*

The name Sanuk means "Happy" in Thai, and no word could be more appropriate. My feet are happy indeed--- in more ways than one! :)

When one has a "13" foot like i do, any direction for better footwear brings attention.

I wouldn't dare endorse those sandals if they weren't any good. :)

maybe Sanuk should pay us for this unsolicited advertising. lol
